Ojastra Technologies · Toronto

Custom software and AI for Toronto businesses.

We build the internal tools, apps, integrations and AI your business runs on. Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.

Sound familiar?

Quotes ten times apart

One firm says $8,000, another $80,000, and nobody explains the gap. We end every blueprint with one fixed number.

Hours lost re-typing data

Orders, invoices and bookings copied between a spreadsheet, the CRM and the accounting tool. We connect them or replace them.

Tools that do 60% of the job

Five subscriptions and the business still runs on Excel and WhatsApp. Custom software fits how you already work.

A developer who vanished

Half-built code, no repository access and an AI-built prototype that breaks with real users. We take over and finish it.

What we build

One team for the whole job, from the first plan to the software running in your business.

Four promises, in writing

Fixed price

One number before work starts. Scope changes are priced in writing before we build them. Never hourly.

You own the code

Your GitHub, your hosting, your accounts, from day one. If you stop working with us, nothing is held back.

A working demo every week

A link you can click, not a status report. You see progress before you pay for the next milestone.

How we work

1. Plan

A free written plan within 48 hours, then a one-week blueprint ($1,500, credited to the build) that ends in one fixed price and a schedule.

2. Build

A working link to click every week. Milestone payments, no hourly surprises. Scope changes are priced in writing before we build them.

3. Care

You own the code and accounts from day one. Optional care plan from $500 a month for hosting, fixes and small changes.

Questions owners ask us

What does Ojastra build?

Custom software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools: internal tools, customer portals, booking and ordering apps, integrations between the tools you already pay for, and AI that does a named job, like answering calls or drafting quotes.

How much does custom software cost?

One automation or integration is usually $5K–$12K CAD, an internal tool $12K–$40K, a customer-facing web or mobile app $20K–$60K and an MVP $25K–$75K. A one-week $1,500 blueprint, credited to the build, ends in one fixed price.

How long does a project take?

Two to four weeks for a single automation, four to ten weeks for an internal tool and six to fourteen weeks for an app or MVP. You get a working link from the first week or two.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. The code lives in your GitHub account and the software runs on hosting in your name.

Do you only work with Toronto businesses?

No. We meet GTA clients in person and build for businesses across Canada and the US over video calls, with the same weekly demos. US clients can be quoted in USD.

Is my project eligible for funding?

It may be. Genuinely new technical work can qualify for SR&ED tax credits or NRC IRAP support, and BDC's LIFT program finances AI and digital projects for businesses with $1M or more in revenue. We write the technical documentation; your accountant, NRC or BDC confirms eligibility.
